The hole saws are bi-metal with a proprietary LENOX toothform for efficient cutting of common construction materials, and they fit both quick-change and traditional non-quick-change arbors. The supplied step-bit pilot drills use a patent-pending design that reduces grabbing and pilot-bit breakage, and removes the need to pre-drill.
