The LENOX LE-1779805 is a standard 6L hole saw arbor with a pilot drill: screw the hole saw onto the arbor, lock it in place, and drill with any electric drill.

The arbor has a 3/8 in hex shank and needs a 3/8 in (10 mm) or larger chuck. The body is hardened carbon steel and the pilot drill uses a split point that starts on contact for faster penetration and less walking. A knurled collar with two drive pins locks the hole saw securely and lets you replace the pilot drill. It fits LENOX 20L-96L hole saws — 1-1/4 in to 6 in (32-152 mm) diameter.
