The Kärcher CV 38/1 is a professional upright brush-type vacuum cleaner in which a single motor drives both suction and the roller brush, so carpets are vacuumed, brushed and their pile refreshed in one pass. With a 380 mm working width it suits carpeted areas in shops, showrooms, offices, counter areas, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels and restaurants. This variant runs on 110 V / 60 Hz and offers 210 mbar vacuum, 48 L/s air flow, a 5.5 L dust capacity and a 12 m power cable. Brush height is manually adjustable to the pile length, and a patented centrifugal clutch disengages the brush if it is blocked by large debris. The removable suction hose with integrated stretch extension reaches edges, skirting boards, niches and corners.

Brush height adjustment dial on the Kärcher CV 38/1 floor head — The CV 38/1 floor head has a dial for setting the brush height to the carpet pile
