The DEWALT DCG405P2T is an 18V XR brushless angle grinder kit (the same battery platform DeWalt labels 20V MAX in North America). It pairs a brushless motor with a side slide switch, runs at 9,000 rpm no-load speed and takes 125 mm discs. At 1.75 kg and 310 mm long, it remains manageable in tight spaces. The kit includes two 5.0Ah Li-Ion batteries (DCB184), a charger and a TSTAK case.

Features & Benefits

Brushless motor delivers greater efficiency and longer runtime with less maintenance.
Electronic brake stops the wheel quickly when the switch is released for safer operation.
Electronic clutch reduces kickback if the wheel pinches or stalls.
Mesh covers keep dust and debris out of the motor to extend tool life.
Rubber overmold grip plus a two-position side handle for comfort and control.
Capable of approximately 69 cuts in 1/2" steel rebar when used with a 5.0Ah battery.
