Its Extreme Diamond Edge uses metal-cutting diamonds bonded to the wheel's surface, so the blade keeps cutting instead of wearing down like a conventional bonded abrasive wheel. The solid steel body reduces the risk of breakage, and the blade is intended for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, rebar, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. It fits corded and cordless angle grinders and chop saws, and is the intended blade for the DEWALT DCS690X2-GB 54V XR 230 mm FlexVolt cut-off saw. Maximum operating speed is 6,650 rpm.
