FPSFlexible PaymentBank TransferThe CHESCO CH-324RAI extended locking C-clamp (24 in / 610 mm) is a Taiwanese-made, American-style long-arm clamp with a 300 mm jaw capacity, for welding, woodworking, fit-out, mechanical assembly, maintenance, automotive repair and metal fabrication where the clamp has to reach deep into the workpiece.
The body is forged from alloy steel with hardened chrome vanadium jaws and a chrome molybdenum handle, and the jaws, handle, lever and linkage arm are shot peened then nickel plated for a corrosion-resistant surface. The extra-long arms give a 395 mm interior depth and an 80 mm interior width, reaching the inner centre of the work or clamping larger materials, while the smooth jaws concentrate force at the tip and hold the part without marking its surface. The American-style handle locks with a one-handed squeeze and releases by pressing the lever; the knurled adjustment knob sets the jaw opening and clamping pressure, even with gloves on, and the high carbon steel spring withstands repeated loads while retaining its elasticity.
