The CHESCO CH-318RAI extended locking C-clamp (18 in / 455 mm) is a Taiwanese-made locking clamp with extra-long arms, for welding, woodworking, fit-out, mechanical assembly, maintenance, automotive repair and metal fabrication where the clamp has to reach deep into the workpiece.

The body is forged from alloy steel with chrome vanadium jaws and a chrome molybdenum handle, hardened and nickel plated for corrosion resistance and repeated loading. The American-style handle locks with a one-handed squeeze and releases by pressing the lever; a knurled adjustment knob sets the jaw opening and clamping pressure, even with gloves on. The long arms give a 163 mm jaw capacity and 250 mm interior depth, reaching the inner centre of the work, while the smooth jaws hold the part firmly without marking its surface.
