The CHESCO CH-307RR pinch-off pipe wrench (US-style handle, 7 in / 175 mm) is a Taiwanese-made line-sealing tool: it pinches copper or soft-metal tubing shut to stop the flow of liquid or gas inside the pipe, freeing both hands for the next step.
The head and jaws are forged from chrome-molybdenum steel for high hardness and durability, with a nickel-plated, corrosion-resistant finish. The smooth, toothless jaws seal the tube wall instead of cutting it, and the maximum jaw opening is 29 mm. Squeeze the US-style handle to lock the jaws and press the release lever to open them; the knurled pressure-adjustment knob at the end of the handle sets the jaw opening and the clamping force, and stays grippy with gloves on. Typical work: refrigeration and air-conditioning service, cooling-system pipe sealing, automotive and heavy-vehicle repair, maintenance and plumbing.
