The CHESCO CH-304ASI curved jaw locking pliers are a 4 in (approx. 100 mm) pocket-size US-style locking plier for clamping workpieces, or for working as a wrench on bolts, hex nuts and nuts — useful for electrical work, mechanical repair and jobs away from the bench.
The jaws are made of high-grade alloy steel and the body carries a CR-MO (chrome molybdenum) steel stamp. The serrated curved jaws bite hex nuts, bolts, nuts, screws, iron pipe, steel tube and steel plate, and the built-in wire cutter cuts wire and cable. The American-type handle locks by simply squeezing it and releases by pressing the release lever; the knurled adjustment knob stays grippy even with gloves and sets the jaw opening and clamping pressure, and the spring is high-carbon steel. Note: this is not an insulated tool.
